Virtual SHIUR: New Ways Towards Arab-Jewish Partnership — Beyond Ideology

with Hamza Howidy (Gaza/Germany), Micki Weinberg (U.S./Germany), and Dr. Emil Halloun (Galillee)

About the course

This course introduces participants to the SHIUR method of Arab-Jewish partnership based on direct engagement with primary sources from the Arab, Jewish, and other traditions. This text-based method can aid us in constructing a new non-ideological partnership based on shared practices, values, and a desire to create a new future.

About our facilitators:

Hamza Howidy a Palestinian born and raised in the Gaza Strip, is a peace activist and human rights advocate for the Middle East. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and administrative sciences from the Islamic University of Gaza and currently resides in Germany.
